This application is used by companies who prepare gift baskets to apply for a permit to receive NSLC authorization to purchase, store and include sealed alcohol in its gift baskets. Operations are to comply with the Province of Nova Scotia LIQUOR CONTROL ACT, REGULATIONS and POLICY GUIDELINES.
