Other Special Purpose - Solvent for Extraction in Cannabis Manufacturing

This application is used to obtain a permit by registered companies or institutions in Nova Scotia who require alcohol for the purpose of use as a solvent in the extraction process in cannabis manufacturing. Operations are to comply with the Province of Nova Scotia LIQUOR CONTROL ACT, REGULATIONS and POLICY GUIDELINES, NS Cannabis Control Act, and Bill-C45 - The Federal Cannabis Act.

I also understand that by issuance of this Permit, my responsibility and obligation to adhere to the Nova Scotia Liquor Control Act, Regulations, Policies & Procedures, NS Cannabis Control Act, and Bill-C45 the Federal Cannabis Act as well as any special conditions and changes which may, from time to time, occur.

The application fee can be paid by cheque, money order, cash or credit card. Cash transactions can only be made in person at the Head Office.
