Warehouse Permit Application

This application is used to apply for a permit to warehouse beverage alcohol as part of the EOI submission to be recognized as an Operator to provide third party logistics services to the supplier/agent community. For each and every warehouse that an Operator will be storing beverage alcohol a separate application will be required and the associated fee will have to be paid.

Please note that permits expire annually on December 31

My signature below indicates I understand and acknowledge that the information provided by me on this Application is true, complete and correct, to the best of my knowledge and belief. I understand that a false statement may be considered sufficient reason to withhold or cancel the issuance of my Permit(s).

I also confirm that I am in compliance as per the original EOI and my submission, I am in good standing with CBSA, CRA and CFIA, I have disclosed any legal action related to beverage alcohol with any liquor supplier and or jurisdiction, I am in compliance with the Nova Scotia LCA (Liquor Control Act) and the regulations and that I can provide financial stability.

I also understand that by issuance of this Permit, my responsibility and obligation to adhere to the Nova Scotia Liquor Control Act, Regulations, and Policies & Procedures as well as any special conditions and changes which may, from time to time, occur.

I declare that I am at least 19 years of age.

The application fee can be paid by cheque, money order, cash or credit card. Cash transactions can only be made in person at the Head Office.
